Angela Yochem is a technology executive and corporate board member with a track record of promoting transformation, profitability and agility in high growth entities.

In 2016, Angela joined Rent-A-Center, a rent-to-own industry leader based in Plano, TX, and is executing a transformative digital strategy as CIO. Prior to RAC, Angela was the Global CIO at BDP International, the Global CTO at AstraZeneca, Divisional CIO at Dell, and held senior leadership positions at Bank of America, SunTrust, UPS, and IBM. She serves on the board of Rocana, a successful enterprise technology start-up backed by General Catalyst and Google Ventures, and until recently served on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, is an Entrepreneur in Residence with SKTA Innopartners, and is a former board member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and three BDP subsidiaries.

Angela has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, where she serves on the advisory board of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, and a Bachelor of Music from DePauw University. She is a published author focusing on complex technologies used in large-scale IT practices, and holds US patents relating to dynamic authorization and identity within digital channels. Angela lives in Celina, Texas with her husband, Dan, and their twin 14-year-old daughters.
